About the role
- Manages multiple nuclear construction, security, engineering and facility projects from scoping phase through design and closeout.
- Provides leadership to project team members and reports project status to site leadership.
- Coordinates project activities including scope, scheduling, estimating.
- Ensures project compliance with nuclear safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manages project expenditures and procurement of nuclear equipment.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation and controls, engineering, project management or construction management.
- 6+ years of experience (for Associate Nuclear Project Manager) or 8+ years (for Nuclear Project Manager) in relevant fields, inclusive of nuclear industry experience.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.
