About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This position plays a central role in initiating and managing group-wide growth initiatives within the Quinfos Group.
- Identify strategic levers, clearly prioritize them, and implement them consistently—especially where growth is blocked or a rapid response to market changes is required.
- Develop and operationalize cross-selling and bundling strategies.
- Pilot new business models and systematically realize synergies across the group.
- Support the prioritization of key growth areas. Use technology strategically as an enabler.
- Support integration processes at the process and systems level for acquisitions.
- Provide temporary project leadership in cases of strategic uncertainty, stalled initiatives, or constrained growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- MBA or additional qualifications in Strategy, Business Development, or Management are an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting.
- Experience developing and implementing corporate strategies at group or business-unit level.
- Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Solid skills in strategic planning and analysis (e.g., market, competitor and portfolio analyses).
- Strong strategic mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work.
- Ability to derive clear recommendations for action from complex analyses.
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple parallel projects and initiatives.
- Understanding of business models, market dynamics, and growth drivers.
