About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive company-wide transformation initiatives and create the conditions for an agile, efficient, and future-oriented organization
  • Conduct organizational analyses to identify development needs and potential in structure, culture, and processes
  • Develop tailored concepts and interventions for change processes and support their implementation
  • Support change projects at team and department levels
  • Coach teams and leaders, and facilitate workshops and large-group formats
  • Identify conflict situations and interface issues early and develop sustainable solutions
  • Organize networking activities such as the internal "agileXchange" network
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop a target vision for a future-ready organization and initiate necessary measures
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across hierarchical and departmental levels
  • Work closely with Internal & Change Communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven practical experience in organizational development or transformation, ideally within a larger corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex problems independently and develop solutions
  • Experience in facilitation, workshop design, and coaching/questioning techniques
  • Strong conflict-management and de-escalation skills
  • Completed degree (e.g., University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent additional qualification, e.g., in organizational development, agile and systemic coaching, or change management
  • Relevant certification desirable
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks, systemic methods, and facilitation techniques
  • Knowledge of common collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Slack, and Office365, as well as AI applications
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • This position is a fixed-term parental-leave cover
