About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create new things: You identify and evaluate market-driven needs for product enhancements and, together with the team and stakeholders, help shape the future of card-based payments.
- Take responsibility: As Product Manager - Market, you steer and support the commercialization of products with all involved parties and coordinate cross-functional topics.
- Provide competent oversight: You keep the products in focus with regard to the needs and requirements of end customers and financial institutions.
- Set standards: You evaluate concepts for new payment products from the customers’ and market perspective and coordinate implementation across service providers.
- Shape the future: You support and accompany decision-making processes in working groups and committees, contributing well-founded analyses of target groups and the market environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in economics, communications, or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in banking and financial services, product management and/or product communications
- Strong enthusiasm for payments, digitalization and new technologies
- Excellent skills in working with data and numbers and the corresponding tools
- Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, customer orientation, assertiveness, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and good English complete your profile
