About the role
- manage Sparkassen’s digital products across all phases – from market analysis, ideation and piloting through validation to performance measurement and continuous optimization
- independently take on project tasks and act as a coordinating interface between product management, IT, vendors and other project partners
- share responsibility for planning, prioritization and implementation of requirements – including capacity planning, risk assessment and ensuring quality, schedules and budget targets
- take on the professional management and further development of core digital real estate offerings and ensure their seamless integration into the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe system landscape
- transparently document project progress, prepare decisions, create decision papers and actively contribute to achieving goals and the success of the overall large-scale project
- analyze market and user needs, identify relevant trends and derive strategic opportunities for new digital product ideas
- validate ideas and measures for existing and new products, services and business models related to real estate as well as lead generation, qualification and conversion
- design central use cases along the entire customer journey and translate them into viable functional and technical requirements
- structure ideas, design features and translate them into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- in close collaboration with IT, UX/UI, Data, Communications and other areas, drive implementation using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) on time, in quality and within budget
- develop implementation strategies independently and actively shape the prioritization of measures
- manage internal and external teams and contribute significantly to measurably advancing product vision and business objectives
- take responsibility for stakeholder management and customer communication at the 2nd level
- design and conduct presentations, workshops and webinars to inform, empower and inspire internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- relevant vocational training and/or degree
- several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- skilled in project work and confident in executing digital projects
- experienced in managing agile teams and working with content management systems
- strong communication skills and confident in dealing with stakeholders
