About the role
- Design robust solutions: You contribute to shaping complex IT solutions, from creating the functional concept through the entire product lifecycle.
- Assess challenges competently: You elicit, analyze and evaluate technical requirements and solution designs, taking into account objectives, dependencies and risks from concept to market readiness.
- Apply your expertise creatively: You are the business contact and technical advisor for your colleagues and internal clients. You review and analyze technical specifications as well as solution and interface descriptions from our partners and service providers.
- Delight customers: You interact confidently with our project partners and stakeholders and actively contribute to the company’s strategic development. The solutions you develop are used by millions of end customers and help people with everyday payments.
Requirements
- Several years of successful experience in large IT projects, preferably as a consultant in software development projects.
- Practical experience in requirements engineering in both traditional (waterfall) and agile project environments.
- Solid, broad technical understanding, including current IT solution architectures, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills, with effective communication across people from diverse disciplines and levels.
- Structured way of working, facilitation/moderation skills, creativity, and analytical-conceptual thinking.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
