About the role
- Independently create analyses and regular reports
- Provide actionable recommendations for managing and executing market research projects
- Further develop media monitoring, media analysis and social media monitoring capabilities
- Conduct social media monitoring analyses and identify early signs of potential communication issues
- Research trends and identify relevant topic areas
- Identify and systematize relevant information sources
- Coordinate with stakeholders within interdisciplinary, agile project teams
- Assess proposals from research institutes and service providers
- Present findings with implementation recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed degree in psychology, economics, communication, social sciences, or media studies
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative (market) research
- Proficient with social media listening/monitoring tools (ideally Talkwalker)
- Proficient with statistical software (SPSS/R)
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong numerical affinity and strategic-analytical skills
- Structured and goal-oriented working style
- Experienced in data-driven work with a good understanding of all media channels
- Agile mindset and strong communication skills
