About the role
- Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) / Operational Risk Management (ORM) transformation program
- Build and implement client solutions in PSM/ORM that fit the client context
- Work closely with senior executives to understand business challenges and identify process risk scenarios
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational/maintenance leaders
- Contributing to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred)
- ~15+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance or engineering
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively
