About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships with key merchants and enterprise accounts.
  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize partnership agreements aligned with business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Develop partnership growth plans and identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analyze partnership performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular business reviews to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support, coach, and share best practices with junior team members.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed commercial and partnership growth targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing enterprise or key accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Loyalty, FinTech, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, or Technology industries is a strong plus.
