About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
- - Supervise and provide guidance to the Partnerships team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results
- - Build and maintain relationships with key merchants to secure exclusive offers and promotions
- - Act as a focal point between the Partnerships team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- - Provide regular reporting of team performance and plans to senior stakeholders
- - Collaborate with other departments to finalize new deals with partners and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- - Identify and pursue business opportunities, prospect new partners, and analyze their position in the market
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Required Skills & Abilities:**
- - Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
- - Excellent leadership and team management skills
- - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- **Education & Experience:**
- - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management
- - Experience in the loyalty programs industry is preferred
- - Experience in managing a team is a plus
