About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
  • - Supervise and provide guidance to the Partnerships team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results
  • - Build and maintain relationships with key merchants to secure exclusive offers and promotions
  • - Act as a focal point between the Partnerships team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • - Provide regular reporting of team performance and plans to senior stakeholders
  • - Collaborate with other departments to finalize new deals with partners and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • - Identify and pursue business opportunities, prospect new partners, and analyze their position in the market
  • - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Required Skills & Abilities:**
  • - Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
  • - Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • **Education & Experience:**
  • - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management
  • - Experience in the loyalty programs industry is preferred
  • - Experience in managing a team is a plus
