About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management of existing small revenue accounts, single technology accounts
  • Lead triaging- Qualification and/or disqualification of incoming leads
  • Process and execute NDA/MTA’s and provide product quotes
  • Ensure compliance of existing contracts
  • Provide organizational support to ‘Request for Quote (RFQ)’ process
  • Track correspondence, provide updates to the team as necessary in CRM System
  • Coordinate content and administer Commercial Education as necessary with Medical Training Coordinator

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Science, Biology, or a related field
  • 2-4+ years of full-time experience in med device, biomaterial, life science, or pharmaceutical field
  • Previous experience in engineering, medical device, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and conferencing skills.
  • Product knowledge of biomedical materials
