About the role
- Conduct sample analyses using LFD and ELISA test kits in accordance with established procedures, package instructions, and defined study timelines.
- Interpret analytical results, ensure accurate and complete data entry, and perform thorough data reviews.
- Uphold all quality control requirements while supporting routine laboratory operations, including solution preparation, sample cleanup, equipment maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Deliver virtual and on ‑ site product training to customers, maintaining a professional and service ‑ oriented approach (travel <10%).
- Provide technical support by addressing product inquiries and resolving product ‑ related issues through structured troubleshooting.
- Support customer validation studies (MARs) by preparing clear protocols, articulating scientific rationale, and producing detailed reports with well ‑ defined, actionable conclusions.
Requirements
- Completion of coursework in a science ‑ related discipline
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated prior laboratory experience
- Ability to effectively engage in customer ‑ facing interactions and training
- Familiarity with applicable quality and regulatory standards
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
