About the role

  • Assist engineers to initiate, implement and follow-through for the successful completion of new processes or strengthening of existing processes
  • Build data driven dashboards to collect KPI from different platforms to monitor performances
  • Provide support in interface between production and engineering functions related to ongoing processes and conditions to achieve maximum quality and output
  • Collect data and analyze; generate sound and clear recommendations and conclusions
  • Transfer knowledge to manufacturing staff to aid in training efforts
  • Support development of equipment and instrumentation systems to achieve improvements in productivity, yield and/or operating cost
  • Develop and revise engineering and production documentation such as standard operating procedures and flow diagrams as needed

Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026
  • Must have excellent math, oral / written communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn/comprehend engineering documents, drawings, and technical data
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
