About the role
- Investigate and diagnose process issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and cross ‑ functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Support logistical and strategic planning efforts to improve operational efficiency.
- Review current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and verifying corrective actions through audits.
- Assist engineering and maintenance teams with appropriate equipment selection and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Uphold quality standards by reporting deviations, supporting quality briefings, and exercising authority to intervene on quality or safety concerns.
Requirements
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 4–8 years of process engineering preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast ‑ paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, reliability, adaptability to change, and the ability to work safely with minimal supervision.
