About the role

  • Connect Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support product launches and manage phase-in/phase-out execution.
  • Facilitate the innovation process in line with global standards.
  • Prepare and support IBP forums: Sign-off, S&OE and Supply Review.
  • Maintain visibility of the innovation pipeline and key risks.
  • Escalate issues and support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Initial experience (internship or entry-level role) in PLM, Supply Chain, Planning or Commercial areas.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated through cross-functional interactions.
  • Analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to organize, track and follow up on multiple activities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English for a global business environment (written and spoken).
