About the role

  • Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy for the ISOL Beverage & More business across China, aligned with growth ambitions.
  • Achieve business growth in line with KPIs agreed upon with your manager.
  • Implement a 12-month business plan to accelerate growth and meet defined targets.
  • Lead by example to drive cross-selling and integrated solution opportunities within the team.
  • Provide actionable insights and external perspectives to strengthen customer-centric strategies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience based on professional achievements.
  • 10+ years of proven success in a comparable sales leadership role within a B2B environment.
  • Food industry expertise, ideally with a focus on beverages and related categories.
  • Strategic mindset that balances long-term vision with short-term execution to deliver results.
  • Solid financial acumen to drive profitable growth.
  • Demonstrated strength in Commercial and Project Pipeline Management.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across diverse functions and geographies.
  • Empathetic leadership, committed to team development and engagement.
