About the role
- Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy for the ISOL Beverage & More business across China, aligned with growth ambitions.
- Achieve business growth in line with KPIs agreed upon with your manager.
- Implement a 12-month business plan to accelerate growth and meet defined targets.
- Lead by example to drive cross-selling and integrated solution opportunities within the team.
- Provide actionable insights and external perspectives to strengthen customer-centric strategies.
- Partner with key functions to deliver holistic, value-driven solutions for customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the global Beverage Business team to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Develop and inspire a high-performing regional sales team, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience based on professional achievements.
- 10+ years of proven success in a comparable sales leadership role within a B2B environment.
- Food industry expertise, ideally with a focus on beverages and related categories.
- Strategic mindset that balances long-term vision with short-term execution to deliver results.
- Solid financial acumen to drive profitable growth.
- Demonstrated strength in Commercial and Project Pipeline Management.
- Strong customer-centric approach and ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across diverse functions and geographies.
- Empathetic leadership, committed to team development and engagement.
