About the role

  • Manage marketing for client accounts
  • Proactive trend analysis
  • Develop brand DNA tools for fragrances (marketing and olfactory analysis)
  • Create marketing materials (storytelling, moodboards, PowerPoint templates, presentations, workshops, etc.)
  • Plan and set up events
  • Lead marketing for key client accounts (e.g., L'Oréal, Puig, Interparfum, Kering...)
  • Manage daily operational marketing needs in collaboration with internal teams of evaluators, sales, sales coordinators, consumer science specialists, and perfumers
  • Handle prospective workshops and bespoke market analysis requests
  • Conduct category and market analyses, evaluate client portfolios and market shares, identify opportunities, and provide concrete recommendations
  • Produce market and trend reviews, with a focus on insights from social media
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and conduct forward-looking studies for ongoing and future projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing within the beauty/perfume industry
  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
  • Education from a perfumery school (Master’s level), business school, or university, majoring in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical skills; organized and autonomous
  • Dynamic, independent, curious, creative; team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Native or bilingual French required
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
