About the role

  • Supporting ongoing engineering projects by helping with design, testing, or analysis.
  • Gathering data from experiments or projects, analysing the results, and presenting their findings to the team.
  • Responsible for documenting processes, writing reports, or updating project files.
  • Participating in team meetings, contributing to discussions, and collaborating on solutions to engineering challenges.
  • Learning about the company's processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Assisting in quality control and assurance processes including testing products or systems and ensuring standards are met.

Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026.
  • Excellent communication and strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends using Excel.
  • Work safely in an aromatic (food flavors) production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data.
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
