About the role
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
- Develop technical understanding of critical process points and manufacturing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Capture, analyze and interpret data from the production areas
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering preferably: Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Food, Electrical, Control and Automation, Industrial, etc.
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and visualization tools.
- A background in continuous improvement, with experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Production Maintenance) & other continuous improvement methodologies.
