About the role
- Develop and implement the annual business plan for the retail channel, ensuring sustainable growth in sell-in, sell-out, margin and inventory turnover.
- Manage major accounts (cooperatives and retail chains) and support store commercial strategies to increase sales to small producers.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns and point-of-sale activities, maintaining a strong in-store presence with a focus on improving counter service.
- Serve as the technical-commercial reference, disseminating knowledge to representatives, supervisors, technicians and store teams.
- Influence and align internal stakeholders (district manager, supervisors and representatives), ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy.
- Analyze growth opportunities by region and customer, addressing price, product mix, average ticket, margin and commercial execution.
Requirements
- Experience in the market, with commercial activity in the agricultural retail channel.
- Knowledge of retail dynamics, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory management and point-of-sale execution.
- Ability to influence without direct managerial authority, coordinating representatives, supervisors and technicians.
- Ability to communicate with counter staff, producers, buyers, directors and the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Availability for frequent car travel (Tuesday to Friday) across the interior of São Paulo.
- English is a plus.
