About the role

  • Develop and implement the annual business plan for the retail channel, ensuring sustainable growth in sell-in, sell-out, margin and inventory turnover.
  • Manage major accounts (cooperatives and retail chains) and support store commercial strategies to increase sales to small producers.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and point-of-sale activities, maintaining a strong in-store presence with a focus on improving counter service.
  • Serve as the technical-commercial reference, disseminating knowledge to representatives, supervisors, technicians and store teams.
  • Influence and align internal stakeholders (district manager, supervisors and representatives), ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy.
  • Analyze growth opportunities by region and customer, addressing price, product mix, average ticket, margin and commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in the market, with commercial activity in the agricultural retail channel.
  • Knowledge of retail dynamics, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory management and point-of-sale execution.
  • Ability to influence without direct managerial authority, coordinating representatives, supervisors and technicians.
  • Ability to communicate with counter staff, producers, buyers, directors and the CEO.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Availability for frequent car travel (Tuesday to Friday) across the interior of São Paulo.
  • English is a plus.
