About the role
- Co-create and refine digital product roadmaps aligned with business goals and transformation priorities.
- Ensure products deliver measurable value using KPIs and success metrics.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
- Inspire and guide teams across engineering, design, data, and business.
- Serve as the central contact for product communications and manage expectations.
- Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital/IT project management
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and influence diverse audiences including leadership teams
- Ability to drive projects from demand to operations
- Political savviness and relationship-building capabilities.
- Drive, resilience, and adaptability.
- Domain experience in legal risk and compliance.
- Experience in deploying Service Now modules is a plus
- Fluent English is a must, fluent Spanish or French is a plus.
