About the role

  • Oversee post-signature contract administration and vendor relationship management activities.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository using vendor management tool.
  • Monitor and validate spend reconciliation, consumption and SLA/KPIs tracking and coordinate with service owners for alignment.
  • Support resolution of operational issues, underperformance, and incidents with root cause analysis.
  • Implement and govern contract control frameworks; drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on contract lifecycle management, KPI reporting, governance meetings, and compliance including financial and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Law, or related fields; HR outsourcing, services, and transformation experience advantageous.
  • 2-4 years experience in contract and Vendor management, including post-signature contract management activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in preparing management reports; excellent attention to detail in collating and analyzing complex, confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to orchestrate diverse stakeholders with urgency and resolve conflicting interests.
  • Experience with HRIS providers, global payroll, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent Labour, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and digital HR tool would be an advantage.
