About the role

  • Defining and implementing the site strategic Quality Plan.
  • Promoting a strong Quality Culture across the organization.
  • Driving customer satisfaction and hold teams and stakeholders accountable for quality results.
  • Train, mentor, and guide the quality team members.
  • Leading initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Supporting the Management of Change (MoC) process across the site.
  • Plan and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Quality Control and Assurance.
  • Act as a Quality role model and mentor across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor of science in food science, food engineering, and / or chemistry, quality management.
  • 10+ years of experience in a managerial role in applicable industry e.g., Food, Chemical, Pharma.
  • 10+ years of experience in people leadership, leading diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in driving change in quality culture.
  • Proficient in the local language to the plant of responsibility (French) and fluency in English required.
