About the role
- Manage and prioritize incoming orders to guarantee on-time delivery
- Assess customer needs and suggest personalized solutions
- Address inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing, shipping, and complaints
- Promptly acknowledge orders and maintain open lines of communication with our valued customers
- Keep accurate customer records, oversee order fulfillment, handle returns, and provide detailed reports
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for smooth issue resolution
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting
