About the role

  • Manage and prioritize incoming orders to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Assess customer needs and suggest personalized solutions
  • Address inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing, shipping, and complaints
  • Promptly acknowledge orders and maintain open lines of communication with our valued customers
  • Keep accurate customer records, oversee order fulfillment, handle returns, and provide detailed reports
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for smooth issue resolution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting
