About the role

  • Prepare perfume and flavor compositions or communal blends from 100 grams up to 5,000 kilograms, in strict compliance with Safety, Hygiene (HACCP), Environmental and Quality rules.
  • Master coloring and filtration processes and all techniques associated with adjusting a composition in progress.
  • Use production IT tools (SAP, colorimeter).
  • Participate in problem-solving processes and the deployment of continuous improvement loops.
  • Replenish consumables and products.
  • Prepare samples in accordance with sampling methods, use-by dates and client specifications.

Requirements

  • CQP (Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle) Technical Assistant — Aromatic and Cosmetic Industries / Preparator or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in preparing and handling raw materials in perfumery and flavoring is appreciated.
  • CACES 1.
  • Basic HACCP knowledge and awareness of safety requirements related to ATEX environments.
  • Adaptability and rigor in work.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Excel and Outlook).
  • Prior SAP experience is a plus.
  • Good communication in French; written English (A2) is appreciated.
