Drive and increase sales of the client’s products and services in the assigned territory by working directly with partner representatives, owners, and senior management
Provide formal classroom-style training, side-by-side selling, informal group training, and generate excitement for selling and the overall opportunity
Educate management and employees on selling techniques, promotions, and client products/services through direct interaction
Create and implement motivational contests, goals, challenges, and incentives to improve sales
Analyze visits and sales, make suggestions, and give presentations on methods of increasing sales for the client
Visit offices regularly, provide support to increase sales and headcount, and approach reps who need help
Provide outstanding service demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and maintain partner and client presentation standards
Build strong relationships with partners through personal integrity, sales, and business expertise
Become the EDM business subject matter expert on technology, plans, promotions, sales techniques, systems, activation, credit, and escalation processes
Document and quantify opportunities, share best practices, and communicate challenges and recommendations internally to management and the client's key management
Submit detailed reports online within 24 hours of conducting field activities via the company's web-based reporting system
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals as presented by management
Requirements
Previous experience in sales and leadership within outside sales channels with previous experience as an Account Sales Manager in a fast-paced quota-driven environment
Previous role as a Direct Manager, Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, Business Development Manager, Branch Manager, Manager Trainee, Assistant General Manager, Outside Sales Manager
Must be comfortable with 1:1 and classroom-style training

Working knowledge of the wireless industry and technology is a plus
Must live in or around one of the listed cities
Ability and willingness to travel 50-75%
