About the role

  • - **Domo Development:** Serve as a subject matter expert in Domo to build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
  • - **Data Pipeline Management:** Design and implement ETL frameworks to filter and clean data from various sources by utilizing Magic ETL, MySQL Dataflows or Python.
  • - **Lifecycle Analysis:** Monitor and interpret data across the entire customer lifecycle to identify trends and prove or disprove underlying reasons for performance changes.
  • - **Stakeholder Partnership:** Act as a primary point of contact for multiple layers of leadership in Sales and Operations. Translate their business questions into technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • - **Data Validation:** Perform routine data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of reports before they are delivered to stakeholders.
  • - **Agile Participation:** Actively participate in the Agile/Scrum process, including daily huddles and sprint planning. Provide realistic estimates for project tasks and meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements

  • - **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • - **Technical Expertise:**
  • - Strong proficiency in **Domo**(preferred), PowerBI, or Tableau
  • - Strong proficiency in **Excel** (XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables)
  • - Advanced** SQL **skills (CTEs, Window Functions) and experience with relational databases
  • - Experience with **Python** for data automation or statistical modeling is a plus
  • - **Professional Experience:**
  • - 2+ years in a Business Intelligence or Data Engineering role
  • - Proven ability to synthesize research and advise on data-driven strategies
  • - Experience with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies
  • - Previous experience in telecommunications or call center analytics is highly preferred.
  • - **Soft Skills:** Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical executive audiences.
