About the role

  • Create and maintain customer accounts
  • Review and approve paperwork
  • Process and apply payments accurately
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage dealer collections
  • Support risk management and mitigation efforts

  • Assist with additional projects as assigned
  • Report to the Urbandale, Iowa office (in-office position)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
