About the role
- Create and maintain customer accounts
- Review and approve paperwork
- Process and apply payments accurately
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage dealer collections
- Support risk management and mitigation efforts
- Communicate with customers regarding account standing
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
- Report to the Urbandale, Iowa office (in-office position)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
