About the role
- As a PMO (Project Management Officer), you will support the management of project and operational activities within the IT department (DSI), playing a key role in control, analysis, and reporting.
- Control of entries in management tools
- Verify the quality, consistency, and compliance of entries made in time tracking and project monitoring tools.
- Data completeness control
- Ensure the completeness and reliability of entries for the IT DSI T&O BPA scope, and follow up with contributors when necessary.
- Monitoring and analysis of indicators
- Analyze data from management tools to identify gaps, anomalies, or areas of concern.
- Production of summary materials and reporting
- Design and draft clear, well-structured summary slides for management for the IT DSI T&O BPA scope.
- Contribution to PMO process improvement
- Participate in the development of methods, tools, and best practices for project and activity management.
- Interface with internal teams
- Collaborate with project, operational, and managerial teams to ensure data reliability and smooth information flow.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in PMO activities, project controlling, or operational management
- Strong proficiency with time tracking and project monitoring tools
- Ability to structure and synthesize information to produce clear, actionable management materials
- Comfortable with office tools, particularly PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel
- Know-how
- Proficiency with time tracking and project monitoring tools
- Ability to control data quality, consistency, and completeness
- Analyze management indicators and identify variances
- Prepare reports and summary slides for management
- Strong skills with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Understanding of IT management challenges
- Ability to work with existing procedures and reference frameworks
