About the role
- Travel extensively to deliver in-person coaching, training, and mentorship to dealer partners’ sales teams
- Work alongside dealer representatives in the field to support live sales efforts and provide real-time coaching
- Conduct virtual training sessions and performance calls to reinforce sales strategies and best practices
- Plan and coordinate travel by collaborating with dealer partners to schedule upcoming meetings and field visits
- Prepare and submit timely, detailed internal reports on dealer visits, activity, and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and deliver optimal results for dealer partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B D2D sales, with a strong focus on mobility and wireless solutions
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach sales teams in both field and virtual environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence sales performance
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, including prospecting, closing, and follow-up activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote, field-based role
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Ability to travel nationally 75% of the time
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and achieving measurable results
- Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry is preferred
- Background in sales training, coaching, or enablement roles is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
