DSI Systems Inc., an authorized representative partner of DIRECTV and Starlink, is seeking a detail-oriented Technician Compliance Coordinator to ensure our field technicians meet all compliance standards and requirements.
This role is vital to maintaining accuracy in documentation, adherence to processes, and coordination between compliance and field operations.
The Technician Compliance Coordinator will oversee technician compliance with paperwork, photos, scheduling, reschedules, payouts, technician IDs, and Quality Control, while also supporting company-wide compliance initiatives.
This position involves conducting audits, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with regulatory reporting.
The right candidate will be proactive and skilled at cross-functional communication.
By working closely with Field Operations and other departments, the Technician Compliance Coordinator will help drive accountability, ensure adherence to policies, and support continuous improvement across our compliance programs.
This is an in-office opportunity; the qualified candidate will report to our office in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs tailored to technician operations
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and recommend updates as needed
Educate and train technicians on compliance requirements and best practices
Investigate and document potential compliance issues or breaches
Collaborate with Field Operations and other departments to align compliance efforts
Prepare and submit compliance reports and required documentation on time
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, policies, and training
Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and implement corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in a technical role and/or compliance or regulatory environment
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address compliance issues effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance management software a plus
