About the role

  • DSI Systems Inc., an authorized representative partner of DIRECTV and Starlink, is seeking a detail-oriented Technician Compliance Coordinator to ensure our field technicians meet all compliance standards and requirements.
  • This role is vital to maintaining accuracy in documentation, adherence to processes, and coordination between compliance and field operations.
  • The Technician Compliance Coordinator will oversee technician compliance with paperwork, photos, scheduling, reschedules, payouts, technician IDs, and Quality Control, while also supporting company-wide compliance initiatives.
  • This position involves conducting audits, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with regulatory reporting.
  • The right candidate will be proactive and skilled at cross-functional communication.
  • By working closely with Field Operations and other departments, the Technician Compliance Coordinator will help drive accountability, ensure adherence to policies, and support continuous improvement across our compliance programs.
  • This is an in-office opportunity; the qualified candidate will report to our office in Kennesaw, Georgia.

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs tailored to technician operations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and recommend updates as needed
  • Educate and train technicians on compliance requirements and best practices
  • Investigate and document potential compliance issues or breaches
  • Collaborate with Field Operations and other departments to align compliance efforts
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports and required documentation on time
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, policies, and training
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a technical role and/or compliance or regulatory environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address compliance issues effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance management software a plus
