About the role
- Support a federal client in their day-to-day operational and business processes and management practices.
- Provide business process management and automation support services to the National Institute of Health’s Division of Loan Repayment (DLR).
- Understand the typical loan application and award process for the government.
- Multi-task while ensuring adherence to established quality, throughput metrics, and requirements.
- Create metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into progress and activities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, AdobePro, and an understanding Power BI is preferred but not required
- Experience reviewing and analyzing financial loan documents
- Prior experience working with students or other commercial loans is a benefit
- Experience with data analytics, invoicing, dashboarding, and federal government contracts reading and interpretation
