Project Manager

• The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government and is responsible for overall contract management, performance oversight, staffing, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• The PM provides strategic leadership and operational direction to a multidisciplinary team supporting program operations, grants management support, customer service, data management, analytics, workflow automation, and reporting activities across multiple locations and stakeholder organizations.
• The PM is responsible for ensuring successful execution of all contract requirements while maintaining alignment with Government priorities, program objectives, and performance expectations.
• The PM oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates geographically dispersed teams, manages contract deliverables, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and data-informed decision-making.
