About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations and Customer Success teams. Build scalable automation solutions that eliminate manual work and keep GTM processes running efficiently.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools (e.g. Gong, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Cognism, etc.).
- Manage and maintain AI-powered integrations in the GTM ecosystem, partnering with our AI enablement team to implement, troubleshoot, and evolve these tools as our AI footprint grows.
- Drive the active migration from Salesforce CPQ to our new CPQ tool and serve as its long-term administrator, covering quoting workflows, product catalog management, and pricing rules.
- Document and organize information related to data structures, relationships, definitions, and processes.
- Plan and conduct internal training sessions related to Salesforce and reporting best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Salesforce administrator / developer experience required.
- Salesforce Administration / Advanced Administration certification required (additional, advanced certifications preferred).
- Hands-on CPQ experience required; Salesforce CPQ or equivalent experience with tools like Vendori, DealHub, or similar is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and database structures, including the ability to write complex queries.
- Experience partnering with departments and leadership to scope requirements and see projects through to completion.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools (including Claude CoWork) and integrations in a Salesforce context; experience configuring or maintaining AI features within the platform is a plus; willingness to partner closely with an internal AI enablement team is a must.
