About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders, process owners, and end users to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements
- Analyse and map business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, and automation
- Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable functional requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and third-party providers to design and implement technology solutions
- Support evaluation and selection of new technologies aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions across European business units
- Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and delivery activities
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support change management through stakeholder engagement, communications, training materials, and user guidance
- Assist in developing business cases, technology roadmaps, and business analysis best practices
- Help shape the Recycling division's technology roadmap and ensure business requirements are defined, prioritised, and delivered through fit-for-purpose solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, systems integration, and functional decomposition
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions with clear traceability and prioritisation
- Previous experience in SAP or ERP project delivery
- Strong experience in business process analysis and data flow mapping
- Experience supporting solution assessments, RFPs, and RFQs
- Knowledge of business case development and investment analysis
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to delivery
- Broad IT background, including solution design, application management, project delivery, and business analysis
- Experience working within large, international B2B organisations, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages advantageous
- Recognised Business Analysis qualification such as CBAP or equivalent certification would be beneficial
- Experience supporting business transformation, process standardisation, and digital change programmes across multiple locations and countries would be beneficial
