About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary lead for HFM user security requests, managing access rights for new starters and leavers to ensure data remains secure and accurate
Act as a vital resource for our global user base, troubleshooting data submission queries and providing guidance on system functionality
Collaborate with the Finance Team to prepare the system for month-end reporting, ensuring all internal controls and requirements are met
Creating detailed documentation for all procedures to ensure we are SOX audit compliant
Maintain and cleanse system access rights regularly, identifying opportunities to improve user workflows and data integrity, improve or create new reports to meet business requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate university qualification or equivalent - ideally accounting or IT related
Intermediate Excel skills
Proactive
Able to work independently but also comfortable building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders around the business
A positive and can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
Prepared to work flexibly – it is occasionally necessary to perform some tasks outside of normal business hours
