About the role

  • Lead selected projects from initial concept through proof of concept (PoC) or pilot phases into full business implementation.
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable business value within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct baseline technical work including designing and developing solutions for successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the R&D PMO to ensure governance and reporting standards are met.

Requirements

  • Doctorate/ min Degree level (or equivalent) in a technology-related field
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment, preferably within a paper mill.
  • Proven Project Management track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of paper manufacturing processes, recycling, and fibre properties.
  • Familiarity with workflow and data architecture.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
