About the role
- Lead, develop, win and maintain business with strategic automotive accounts
- Achieve Key Sales KPI’s and Account Plan targets
- Proactively manage accounts to keep incumbent business and avoid sales leakage
- Win tenders on incumbent business; deliver and align tender strategies
- Win new business in new segments and develop new value add offers
- Execute on new wins; nurture accounts and deliver innovative solutions
- Manage the Division Key Account Plan and profitability of accounts
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Qualified to Degree level (or equivalent experience)
- Strong business acumen and commercial experience
- Demonstrable results from driving and managing sales growth
- Successful development and execution of account strategy at a Divisional level
- Ability to navigate a complex global matrix environment
- Proven ability to grasp and analyze strong financial insights
- Resilient, entrepreneurial and persuasive change agent
- Effective communication, networking and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are advantageous
