About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the daily activities of mitigation staff
- Monitor activities with the Project Manager, Client, Contractors, and Mitigation Staff
- Assist in resolving job issues, change requests, and staff, site, and equipment problems
- Manage project administration activities including staffing, scheduling, crew assignments, timekeeping review, purchase orders, and safety reporting
- Prepare and maintain required documentation
- Monitor job files from beginning to end for accuracy
- Coordinate employee meetings
- Assist Project Managers with contracting vendors, organizing equipment, and planning and organizing crews and multiple jobs simultaneously
- Create and manage on-call schedules
- Manage TPA compliance and communications
- Request and manage time sheets for temporary labor when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Restoration, renovation, construction, or trade coordination experience preferred
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Strong working knowledge of technology and computers
- Valid driver's license
