About the role
- Support all aspects of the deal flow through Druva’s systems
- Develop process improvements for sales support
- Assist with sales and administrative duties for sales representatives
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information involved in the sales process
- Work with cross-functional teams for sales order processing
- Collaborate with other Sales Operations admins
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales support
- Proficient user of Salesforce CRM (essential) and Salesforce CPQ
- Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Professional demeanor with ability to interact with many people
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools
