About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and communicate revenue strategies for hotels in your market
- Lead and coach a market sales team to grow accounts and capture new business
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to improve results
- Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in sales
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
