Perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in/out
Promote sales related programs
Maintain guest records
Cash handling
Audit previous day’s receipts
Verify and balance entries
Run reports
Ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests
Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to take written and verbal direction
Speak English clearly
Warm, friendly manner in providing hospitality
Attention to detail
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
Knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services
Ability to handle money and make change
Utilize office machines in day-to-day activities
Maintain cleanliness in front desk lobby area
Comply with hotel’s safety and security rules
Willingness and ability to work alone
