About the role
- Partner with business stakeholders from the corporate departments to develop a deep understanding of their needs
- Design, implement and support technology solutions that deliver on their business needs
- Work closely with the business areas to understand areas of focus on process improvements
- Lead and influence design, development and testing of process improvements
- Lead and influence design, development and testing of reporting requirements
- Develop and administer Workday integrations
Requirements
- 4 year degree in Computer Science or related experience
- 1-2 years of Workday experience in creation/maintenance of business processes, integrations, security, and report development
- Ability to evaluate application software and how to best utilize such applications in our Workday Ecosystem
- Ability to design work flow processes
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical computer science material
- Knowledge of how wireless networks, VPN, LAN and WAN environments function
- Proficiencies in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Understanding of business processes in Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain and Energy Management
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus, but is not required
- Up to 10% travel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
