About the role
- Lead revenue strategy and sales efforts for hotels in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Denver, and New Mexico.
- Drive growth by setting pricing strategies, guiding the market sales team, and collaborating with corporate partners to maximize revenue.
- Develop and communicate revenue strategies for hotels in your market.
- Lead and coach a market sales team to grow accounts and capture new business.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to improve results.
- Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in sales.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
