About the role
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner in all related functions of the Drury Hotels Reservation Center
- Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times
- Maximize revenue
- Evening hours required from 3pm to 1230am Central Time
Requirements
- Requires ability to take written and verbal direction
- Requires ability to relate to the public and Drury team members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Requires attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Requires thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest service
- Requires ability to operate a computer
- Requires ability to use the Drury Spirit Reservation Process as described
