About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects within the agency, managing progress and controlling deadlines, schedules, meeting minutes, material requests for both online and offline work.
- Experience managing high-volume accounts.
- Participate in project planning meetings, understand and track brand strategies, and create timelines and work plans to be presented to and approved by the client.
- Direct and follow up on briefs and deadlines with the responsible teams;
- Prepare proposals and present and defend ideas and projects;
- Prepare executive materials and participate in strategic meetings;
- Assign tasks to internal agency departments and request quotes from appropriate suppliers for project execution.
- Manage client processes, keeping all involved teams informed.
- Supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and budgets and overseeing billing processes.
- Serve as the client contact, providing updates on work progress, making necessary adjustments, understanding needs, and negotiating budgets.
- Review final deliverables such as final artwork, films, online assets and banners, and monitor campaign results.
- Perform other activities as required by the account(s) served, contributing to the team and to your professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience with 360° client management, digital and offline campaigns, and involvement with film productions, key visuals (KVs), and other productions;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with consumer goods accounts.
