About the role

  • Plan, structure, and oversee end-to-end projects (from briefing to delivery)
  • Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality of deliverables
  • Prioritize requests and align workflows across internal teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement practical, quick solutions
  • Organize, standardize, and evolve processes and workflows with a focus on scalability
  • Set up and optimize tools (boards, dashboards, and automations)
  • Reduce rework and miscommunication
  • Ensure operational visibility and predictability
  • Generate and monitor performance and productivity metrics
  • Create playbooks and operational standards
  • Serve as the internal reference for processes and tools

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Project Manager / Operations / Traffic Manager
  • Advanced proficiency with work and process management tools (Work OS) — Monday
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Clear, direct, and objective communication
  • Execution-oriented profile (problem-solver, not just an identifier of issues)
  • High sense of urgency combined with responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts
  • Basic knowledge of media, social media, and audiovisual production
