About the role

  • Own and articulate the product vision for your domain within the DRUID platform
  • Translate business goals and market opportunities into actionable product roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities through competitor analysis, customer research, and usage data
  • Define, refine, and prioritize product backlogs
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Partner with engineering teams in Bucharest and New York to guide sprint planning and deliver features that meet high standards of performance, usability, and scalability
  • Work closely with design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to communicate product value and support go-to-market initiatives
  • Work with customer success and support teams to gather feedback and solve customer challenges

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or AI-related products
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly solutions
  • Experience in Business Process Management (BPM / workflow) platforms and/or Conversational AI agents (nice to have)
  • Experience in conversational AI, RPA, workflow automation, or enterprise software (nice to have)
  • Technical background or familiarity with APIs, integrations, or NLP technologies (nice to have)
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for AI, automation, and building products that make a real impact.
