About the role

Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually cohesive interfaces across products.
Translate complex concepts into clear, elegant, and accessible user experiences.
Create and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
Conduct UI reviews, provide feedback, and guide design best practices across teams.
Participate in user testing and integrate feedback into visual design improvements.

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Portfolio showcasing both UI design and interaction design
Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) and familiarity with prototyping tools
Experience building and managing design systems
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
Experience in motion design, micro interactions, or front-end implementation (nice to have)
Background in brand or creative direction (nice to have)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
