About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and evolve our influencer marketing strategy to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness and engagement, including support for product launches and integrated brand campaigns
- Help position Dropbox within relevant cultural conversations through thoughtful, high-impact creator partnerships
- Drive the creation of engaging, shareable content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables
- Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program to support ongoing brand storytelling
- Partner with agencies to source and evaluate creators using both data and strong brand judgment (audience fit, content quality, brand safety, performance history)
- Develop clear, compelling creative briefs that balance brand standards with authentic creator voice; manage reviews and approvals
- Coordinate campaign execution including content schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting/ads permissions
- Maintain program operations including creator databases, templates, and briefs
- Stay current on creator trends, platform changes, and emerging tools; proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns (in-house or agency)
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Excellent creator taste and brand judgment, paired with a data-informed approach to decision-making
- Experience managing influencer partnerships, with a strong understanding of key contract terms (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety)
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable insights
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially in developing creator-facing briefs
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias toward action
- Familiarity with AI or tech/productivity tools is a plus.
